Delivery
All Next day deliveries ordered before 2pm will arrive the next working day.
Any Next day delivered ordered after 2pm will arrive the following working day.
All Next Day orders made on weekends will be shipped on the next working day, no deliveries will be made on Bank Holidays and orders made on Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
No orders will be delivered on weekends.
All Standard deliveries will arrive within 3 working days, unless stated by our staff otherwise.
We will aim to get the deliveries to you within the 3 working days from the order being placed. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. If this is the case, then we may inform you of the delay as well as the reason for the delay as soon as possible.
Standard rate applies to UK Mainland shipping only (England, Scotland and Wales)
You may be contacted if the postal cost exceeds the standard rate.
All orders are sent via APC. You will be sent a tracking email from APC for your order once the order has been dispatched.
